At Ggraybow Designs, each book is created with care and attention, especially our personalized and custom editions. Please review the information below so you know what to expect.
Processing Times

Personalized & Custom Books:
These are made to order. Processing times vary by project and will be clearly communicated at checkout or after order confirmation. -
Standard (Non-Personalized) Books:
These books are printed and fulfilled through trusted partners such as Amazon or Barnes & Noble and ship according to their production and fulfillment timelines.
Shipping Methods
We ship using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on destination and fulfillment method.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Insurance (Optional but Recommended)
Shipping insurance may be selected at checkout and is strongly recommended, particularly for:

author-signed copies

custom book projects
If shipping insurance is added, any loss or damage during transit will be handled directly through the carrier.
Responsibility During Transit
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping provider.
While we are happy to assist with tracking information, Ggraybow Designs is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or shipping damage unless shipping insurance was selected.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because many of our books are created specifically for each customer, our return policy varies by product type.
Personalized & Custom Books
All personalized books and custom book or illustration projects are final sale.
These items are made uniquely for you and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the rare case of a manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival.
If your personalized item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist.
Author-Signed Books
Author-signed books are considered custom items and are also final sale.
Standard (Non-Personalized) Books
Non-personalized books that are printed and shipped through third-party partners (such as Amazon or Barnes & Noble) are subject to the return policies of those fulfillment providers.
Return eligibility, timeframes, and refunds for these items are governed by the original point of fulfillment.
Shipping Issues
We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for orders affected by:

incorrect addresses provided at checkout

loss or damage during shipping when insurance was not selected
